Refund policy
REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
For an item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-refundable items: gift cards, sale/clearance items, bath & body products, custom orders and any item listed as non-refundable/ final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns much include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping products back to us. It is always recommended to us trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
HOW TO PROCESS A REFUND/EXCHANGE:

Please contact wildflickerco@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return/ exchange.
Once we receive and have inspected your returned items, we will send an email to notify you that the item(s) have been received and if they have been approved or rejected. If approved a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (please note refunds may take a couple business days to officially post to your account)
